Shipping
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped.

- Portugal, Spain & Europe: free shipping on orders over €90
- United States & Canada: free shipping on orders over €120
Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers including CTT, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and DPD, depending on your destination and the most efficient delivery service available.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every Tudo Bem Co. purchase to feel like the right choice. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in their original condition
- with all original tags attached
Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
If you're returning an item because:
- you ordered the wrong size
- you changed your mind
- you no longer want the item
the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
- or there is another legitimate error on our part
Tudo Bem Co. will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:
- size exchanges (subject to product availability)
- defective items
- incorrect items received
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
