Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to your access to the Tudo Bem Co. website and to purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Portuguese or European Union consumer law.

Seller and contact details

The seller is Tudo Bem Co., established in Ericeira, Portugal. Legal entity name: [COPY: TODO — legal entity name]. Registered address: [COPY: TODO — full registered address]. Portuguese tax number: [COPY: TODO — NIF]. Customer support email: [COPY: TODO — official support email].

Orders, prices and availability

Product descriptions, prices, delivery options and available payment methods are shown before you place an order. Prices and delivery costs applicable to your order are those displayed at checkout. We may correct clear errors in product information, pricing or availability before accepting an order, and will contact you if that affects your purchase.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not by itself confirm acceptance. We will provide confirmation of the contract in a durable medium when the order is accepted and will keep you informed about fulfilment.

Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment, and may take longer during product launches, holidays or promotional periods. Delivery destinations, methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates that start once the order has shipped, unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed. Please provide accurate delivery details and contact us promptly if they need to change.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. Those charges are not included in the price paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

If you are an EU consumer buying goods online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear withdrawal request to [COPY: TODO — official support email] within that period, identifying your order. This withdrawal right does not apply where a legal exception applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

In line with that right, we accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all original tags attached, and proof of purchase is required. We will provide return instructions after receiving your request, and we may withhold a refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, where permitted by law.

Where you return an item because you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Where an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or there is another error on our part, we cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate. Exchanges are available for size exchanges (subject to availability), defective items and incorrect items received.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. After a refund is issued, please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process it. Full conditions are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact [COPY: TODO — official support email] so we can assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.

Acceptable use and accounts

You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, collect data without permission or use another person's account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through it.

Intellectual property

The website's content, visual assets, logos, designs and trademarks belong to Tudo Bem Co. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only; no other use is permitted without prior written permission.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, contact us first at [COPY: TODO — official support email] so we can try to resolve it. As a seller established in Portugal, we also make available the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Electrónico) at livroreclamacoes.pt.

Consumers resident in Portugal may also refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity. Where no other entity is competent, disputes may be submitted to the National Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (CNIACC) at cniacc.pt. [COPY: TODO — confirm whether Tudo Bem Co. adheres to a specific ADR entity and replace this reference if so.] Further information on the available entities is published by the Directorate-General for Consumers at consumidor.gov.pt.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules of your country of residence continue to apply where required by law. We may update these Terms when needed; the version published on this page applies to future use and purchases after publication.
